Diana is a dog trainer, behavior expert, a Canine Good Citizen (CGC) evaluator, and a member of IAABC. Originally from New Jersey, she has nearly 10 years of experience training dogs from a wide range of contexts and backgrounds.
She is currently competing in the Protection Sports Association. Prior to making DT her full-time focus, Diana was a behavior consultant for the Pennsylvania SPCA. While there, she focused on working with dogs from Humane Law Enforcement cases. Previously, she’s worked for the Philadelphia Zoo and Joe Nick K9 training.
Her specialities include reactivity and aggression, scentwork, bitework, training for protection sport, and dock diving.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University where she studied Food Systems and Agriculture. While at Rutgers, she founded a club which trains service animals.
Diana founded DCT because she wanted to create a community where all dogs were good dogs - and where humans could bond as friends over training their dogs to their best lives.
